You should be able to bake in the oven with these dishes, with the glass lids on if you are cooking casseroles, and then serve the food in the dish and store any excess food in the fridge or freezer by putting the plastic lids on, ready to be microwaved when you wish to reheat it. If you do a lot of oven cooking – for instance cooking casseroles, lasagna or roasting chicken, then this set is ideal for you. It saves on the washing up, as you bake, serve and store all in the same container. The plastic lids are BPA free and can go into the top rack of the dishwasher.
